What size is the yoga mat?
71 × 22.4 in (180 × 57 cm) and 1/4 in (6mm) thick. It's made of lightweight TPE, rolls up for storage and comes in 8 colors.
What are the blocks and strap made of?
The 2 yoga blocks are EVA foam, and the strap is cotton with a D-ring. Both come in black.
What size are the grip socks?
One size, fits most women. They have non-slip silicone grips on the sole and a soft, breathable cotton blend. You get 3 pairs: black, white and pink.
Is The Flow Kit good for beginners?
